Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design and implementation of integration solutions and consulting for large enterprises.

• Lead technology teams with a focus on achieving results.

• Track and gather metrics related to team productivity.

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project deliveries.

• Foster an agile culture and promote the continuous development of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in leading technology and people teams.

• A solid technical background in IT.

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile practitioner, or Project Leader.

• Comprehensive understanding of agile practices and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team.

• Implement agile practices, oversee activities, and gather productivity metrics.

• Assist in the technical and behavioral development of the team.

• Ensure organization within the team (time tracking, vacations, absences).

• Promote participation in events, internal initiatives, and Sensedia’s culture.
