• Facilitate training for new employees and support the continuous development of existing staff.

• Conduct daily debrief sessions and provide direct, constructive feedback.

• Oversee team performance, scheduling, pairings, and reporting activities.

• Engage in regular canvassing and exemplify the expected standards in the field.
