Team Lead, Solution Architecture – OCTO Scanning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of Solution Architects, offering mentorship, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Serve as the senior technical contact, managing the most intricate and strategic customer interactions throughout pre-sale and post-sale processes, while leading the team in technical execution.

• Function as the main intermediary between Research & Development and go-to-market teams, effectively translating technical requirements, product feedback, and deployment necessities in both directions.

• Assist in product feature launches by ensuring internal preparedness across Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Develop documentation, frameworks, and internal tools that enhance standardization and streamline deployment and support efforts.

• Collaborate with field teams to design, direct, and troubleshoot complex deployments of Cyera’s platform for customers.

• Oversee the implementation of Cyera’s data scanning and protection capabilities across cloud-native and hybrid environments.

• Create scalable deployment strategies that expedite time-to-value and ensure consistent results for enterprise clients.

• Diagnose and manage complex customer issues related to cloud platforms, network setups, and data pipelines.

• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve high-priority bugs and obstacles in implementation.

• Maintain a thorough technical comprehension of Cyera’s architecture and the evolving landscape of security technologies.

• Stay updated on industry trends pertaining to data security, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture.

• Mentor field-facing technical teams, providing insights on best practices, architecture, and alignment of use cases.

• Shape the product roadmap by recognizing improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and field experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, ideally within the data security or cloud platform sectors.

• At least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven success in leading and mentoring engineers or architects in dynamic environments with complex technical projects.

• Experience managing Federal accounts.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams, leading through influence and trust.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including securing workloads and services within these environments.

• Significant experience with both structured and unstructured data, capable of writing and optimizing queries, analyzing datasets, and generating actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
