Associate Principal Engineer – Integration Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to enhance their understanding of the Quadient Inspire software and best practices for implementation.

• Consult with clients to devise solutions that utilize Inspire’s Content Management System effectively.

• Review and evaluate client content and materials to establish organizational methodologies.

• Analyze business and content-related challenges to identify and propose effective solutions.

• Oversee the development of dynamic document templates for both new and existing clients.

• Generate document and artifact templates for new and current customers.

• Work in partnership with both offshore and onshore teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Provide support and ongoing services to existing clients in alignment with SLAs.

• Aid in conducting both on-site and virtual training sessions for clients as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to comprehend a client’s existing content architecture and use cases to effectively guide them through the implementation process.

• Extensive experience in organizational methodologies for managing large content volumes, including folder structures and metadata.

• Proficient in critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

• Ability to design solutions based on customer needs utilizing the features of Inspire.

• Advanced skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Over 3 years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

• Basic understanding of data systems and structures.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
