• Serve as a strategic advisor to customers and partners, building executive-level relationships that enhance long-term loyalty and drive transformative security outcomes.
• Proactively track industry trends, especially the rapid advancement of AI, to guide the team in developing innovative solutions.
• Standardize technical sales methodologies and resources, showcasing the value of Cisco Security solutions to stimulate growth.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical sales or solutions engineering roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture high-performing technical teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in security, networking, and/or cloud technologies.
• Proven history of excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Possess advanced Cisco or industry certifications (CCNP/CCIE) with in-depth expertise in Identity and emerging AI security domains.
• Significant technical experience with Identity/IAM and the evolving landscape of AI security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Capability to drive comprehensive technical sales strategies that promote growth and yield measurable business outcomes for our global clients.
• Leverage data-driven insights to convert market trends and complex technical challenges into actionable, high-impact team strategies.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to ensure project alignment and organizational success.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and security value propositions to a variety of audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage intricate customer engagements by building strong relationships and delivering consistent, high-value, and customer-focused solutions.
