Team Lead – Software Development, Kotlin/Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to a small development team.

• Manage and further enhance complex modules.

• Influence architectural decisions.

• Assist with concepts, conduct code reviews, and address development inquiries.

• Implement containerization strategies utilizing Docker.

• Establish and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and maintain advanced monitoring solutions using the Grafana stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a scientific or technical discipline (PhD is a plus).

• Several years of experience in backend development, preferably with Kotlin (or Java) and PostgreSQL.

• Extensive understanding of containerization and CI/CD methodologies.

• Proven experience in offering technical support or guidance to a small team.

• Proficient German language skills (at least C1) and good command of English.
