Team Lead, ReactJS, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead a dynamic and high-achieving team of engineers while also engaging as a part-time individual contributor.

• Write code, contribute to architectural design, and set a technical benchmark for the team.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, manage the team's execution rhythm, and foster an environment that enables engineers to excel.

• Ensure the team is aligned with product objectives, facilitate the resolution of critical features, and assess significant architectural choices.

• Promote accountability for the team's output.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, emphasizing full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript.

• At least 1 year of direct team leadership experience, managing or formally guiding a small engineering team (2 or more members).

• Extensive experience with React.js and contemporary frontend methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, including the design of GraphQL schemas and knowledge of resolvers, dataloaders, and maintainable API structures.

• Advanced skills in TypeScript.

• Proven ability to guide team decision-making processes.

• Significant experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

• Regular daily usage of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or similar tools).

• Excellent communication skills in English.
