Team Lead Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the primary contact for your online marketing team, fostering its development and offering constructive feedback.

• Collaborating with executive management, you will create the company’s marketing strategy and choose appropriate marketing channels, communication concepts, and target-specific initiatives.

• You will manage various performance marketing channels, taking responsibility for monitoring performance metrics, generating reports, and conducting analyses, such as using Google Analytics.

• You will take a leading role in the optimization of these campaigns.

• Leveraging your extensive knowledge of brand and performance marketing, you will enhance our brand and achieve effective reach growth through innovative ideas and data-driven methods.

• You will function as a liaison between other departments and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in a relevant field (such as business, media or communication studies, or e-commerce) or an equivalent vocational qualification.

• You bring several years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• A passion for data-driven processes is essential, along with a strong understanding of various performance marketing channels.

• You have a proven track record of successfully leading a team and motivating its members.

• Your communication skills are excellent, complemented by empathy and strong interpersonal abilities.

• You exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to set clear priorities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Your profile is further enhanced by creativity and a proactive mindset.

• You have a solid understanding of generative AI, particularly Claude, and recognize where it adds real value. For you, prompt engineering is a practical tool rather than just a buzzword, which you consciously apply and share with your team.

• You are proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
