This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Lead and manage daily Customer Service operations, ensuring the effective implementation of the complete Order-to-Cash process.
• Guarantee accurate and prompt processing of customer orders from entry to delivery fulfillment.
• Effectively manage customer escalations by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.
• Work in partnership with Finance and Accounting teams to address credit-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing systems, processes, and tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and presentations to relevant stakeholders regarding process updates and key initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in order management and customer service positions.
• Proficient in using SAP and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing projects effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
