This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leadership and development of the team
• Oversee, mentor, and nurture an onboarding team consisting of approximately 5–8 members
• Facilitate goal-setting discussions and conduct performance evaluations
• Enhance and refine standardized onboarding procedures and best practices
• Introduce new tools and automation solutions to boost efficiency
• Manage projects and stakeholders effectively
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams
• Create a proactive, solution-focused escalation process
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the implementation phase
• Identify, track, and report key performance indicators (Time-to-Value, churn risk, onboarding NPS)
• Develop data-driven strategies for optimization
• Multiple years of relevant experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or similar positions, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Initial leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
• Strong interest in process enhancement and automation (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot Workflows)
• Preferred: Experience with process automation or AI tools (Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, GPT-based automations)
• Preferred: Strong project management abilities and familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
