Team Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the involvement of local participants in the project

• Assist with onboarding activities, including communication and guidance for new participants

• Help in scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation

• Provide support for device logistics and procurement when necessary

• Ensure the seamless execution of local sessions and activities

• Oversee and guarantee the precise completion of required metadata and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in coordination, training, or related roles is advantageous

• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• Familiarity with the local language is preferred but not essential

• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities

• Availability to assist with onboarding and operational tasks as required
