This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• In the role of Teaching Assistant (m/f/d), you will serve as the main contact for our participants, offering motivation, support, and solutions.
• Collaborating closely with our instructors, you will guide students through their learning journey—not as a conventional teacher, but rather as a coach, facilitator, and equal partner.
• You play a vital role in transforming lives.
• Providing impactful learning support: you will assist participants with practical online marketing projects and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries—approaching each situation with empathy, a solution-oriented mindset, and patience.
• Acting as a motivator and organizer: you will help students overcome learning obstacles, boost their confidence, and offer guidance in their daily study routines.
• Emphasizing understanding rather than lecturing: you will simplify complex subjects, support practical tasks, and encourage the application of knowledge—such as using tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or Canva.
• Collaborating with instructors: you will provide insights from the learning experience and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our programs.
• Influencing processes: you will actively participate in weekly team meetings, aiding in the continuous improvement of our program quality.
• Currently enrolled at a university—preferably in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Informatics, or related disciplines.
• Some professional experience in online marketing—such as internships, personal projects, working-student positions, or freelancing.
• Fundamental knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Typo3, or similar).
• Didactic sensitivity and patience—you can adapt to various learning styles and communicate knowledge in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Excellent communication skills—you speak fluent German (C1+) and convey messages with respect and clarity.
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility—you take participants' issues and challenges seriously and aim to make a genuine impact.
• Strong organizational skills and independence—you maintain oversight even during dynamic situations and work in a structured and reliable manner.
• Passion for learning and digital tools—you enjoy using digital resources and desire professional and personal growth.
• Proficient language skills: you possess excellent German language abilities at the native or C2 level—both written and spoken.
• Additionally, you are confident in communicating in English and are comfortable working in a bilingual setting.
• Availability: at least four afternoons per week from 14:00–18:00.
