• Impactful learning support: You assist our participants with hands-on AI projects and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries — demonstrating empathy, solution-oriented thinking, and patience.
• Motivator and structure provider: You help participants overcome learning obstacles, enhance their confidence, and guide them in their daily learning routines — even when subjects like prompt engineering, LLMs, or AI-driven automation appear complex at first.
• Promote understanding over lecturing: You clarify AI concepts in a practical and easily digestible manner, support transfer tasks, and encourage direct application in a professional setting — for instance, when engaging with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, or Zapier.
• Collaboration with instructors: You provide feedback from the learning experience and assist in ensuring our programs are continually refined.
• Contribute to shaping processes: You actively engage in weekly team meetings and play a role in enhancing the quality of our programs.
• Currently enrolled at a university — preferably in Business Informatics, Business & Technology, Data Science, AI, or related disciplines.
• Initial hands-on experience in AI & automation — whether through personal projects, internships, working student roles, or freelance work.
• Strong grasp of AI concepts & business applications — you understand how generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation tools (Make, Zapier) are utilized in a business environment, along with basic knowledge of Python or working with notebooks.
• Didactic sensitivity & patience — you can adjust to various learning styles and communicate technical subjects clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills — you are fluent in German (C1+) and communicate with respect and clarity.
• Empathy & sense of responsibility — you take participants' concerns seriously and are dedicated to making a genuine impact.
• Organizational skills & independence — you maintain an overview during dynamic periods and work in a structured, reliable manner.
• Curiosity and digital affinity — you follow AI advancements with genuine interest and are eager to continue your professional and personal development.
• Language proficiency: You possess excellent German skills at a native-speaker or C2 level — both written and spoken.
• Additionally, you communicate confidently in English and are comfortable operating in a bilingual work setting.
• Availability: At least 4 afternoons per week from 14:00 to 18:00.
• Meaningful work with tangible impact: You assist individuals in gaining new career perspectives — often at crucial junctures in their lives.
• Flexible working hours & remote options: Whether from your desk, a café, or abroad — we support work that is flexible in both location and time.
• Professional coaching & training: You will be systematically equipped for your role, gain insights into contemporary teaching and coaching methods, and stay updated with the latest AI developments.
• Strong team support: We are a diverse, ambitious team that supports one another — with humor, heart, and conviction.
• Fair compensation & growth opportunities: Competitive pay plus the chance to evolve into other roles in the medium term (e.g., instructor, project lead).
• Optional: Workspace in Berlin with a rooftop vibe: If you’re in the capital, enjoy a Mindspace office, rooftop terrace, and vibrant energy.
• Access to sports & wellbeing offers: Includes discounted Urban Sports Club membership and other corporate benefits.
