This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop a practical IT Support curriculum focused on skills, encompassing hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), and troubleshooting techniques.
• Independently design and create all lesson units, educational materials, and lab scenarios from the ground up.
• Create and present engaging, location-agnostic digital lessons.
• Formulate hands-on exercises for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client systems and peripheral devices.
• Teach essential concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, as well as the configuration of Wi-Fi and LAN environments.
• Instruct on ticketing systems, customer service competencies, and fundamental ITIL processes.
• Provide training on endpoint security, backup strategies, and identity management (e.g., Active Directory).
• Practical experience in IT support for hardware and proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Strong networking knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi/LAN.
• Proficient in managing client systems, peripherals, and ticketing processes.
• Specialized knowledge in endpoint security, backup strategies, and Active Directory.
• Capability to independently produce pedagogically effective teaching materials.
• Experience in remote training and clearly articulating concepts to career changers.
• Fluent in German with good English skills, along with relevant IT certifications.
