This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, communicate, and address engagement challenges promptly and systematically.
• Oversee, train, and guide junior tax professionals.
• Prepare intricate tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations.
• Review tax returns for both individuals and businesses.
• Assist in tax planning efforts.
• Engage in administrative tasks, including the annual update of checklists and engagement letters.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) status.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Quick adaptability to evolving client and business circumstances.
• A minimum of 4 years of current or recent experience in public accounting tax.
• Experience interacting directly with clients is essential.
• Background as an Acting Tax Manager is a notable advantage.
• Experience with tax returns for High-Net-Worth Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations.
• Proficient with tax software, including CCH Axcess.
