This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Prepare federal and state tax returns, extensions, and quarterly projections for C-Corp, S-Corp, partnership, and individual clients.
• Organize tax documentation and provide assistance with tax notices and examinations.
• Support tax audit processes.
• Conduct light research projects.
• Monitor and evaluate financial information.
• Communicate the status of work and any client issues to Senior and/or Manager.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to exchange knowledge and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Engage in training and professional development initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree in taxation is preferred.
• General understanding of federal and state tax regulations, including corporate, individual, trust, gift, and partnership taxation.
• CPA eligibility is preferred.
• Ability to apply fundamental accounting principles to various engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, Sureprep, XCM, and Caseware is advantageous.
