• Preparation and evaluation of tax returns ranging from simple to complex for individuals, partnerships, or corporations, encompassing federal, international, state, and local tax filings.
• Calculation of estimated payments and extensions (1120, 1120s, 1065, 990, 1040, 1041).
• Examination of financial documents such as income statements and expense records.
• Management and upkeep of the client’s tax database.
• Expertise in tax research to identify tax savings and propose strategies for enhancing profits.
• Capability to liaise with accounting to uphold deadlines and meet client expectations.
• Drafting correspondence to clients for their approval.
• Staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes concerning taxes.
• Suggesting additional products and services when relevant and beneficial.
• Certification as a Public Accountant (CPA) is advantageous!
• Possession of an Enrolled Agent (EA) License is beneficial.
• 1-3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
• Proficiency in preparing income tax returns for both corporations and individuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel.
