This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare precise tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations while ensuring adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Gather, organize, and enter financial information into tax software, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition and fostering a strong initial relationship.

• Collaborate closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient tax preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite.

• Prior experience in tax preparation is essential, especially with LLCs and S Corporations.
