Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and support their career advancement.

• Oversee office workflow and established procedures.

• Lead client interactions and serve as the primary relationship manager.

• Prepare and review various tax returns, including individual, business (c-corporations, s-corporations, partnerships), exempt, and fiduciary returns.

• Offer advisory services to clients concerning tax, finance, and business practices.

• Collaborate with the Tax Director to create and execute the firm’s strategies for retention, growth, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.

• CPA or EA designation is mandatory.

• Previous experience in team management is a significant advantage.
