This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Support ongoing tax planning and manage client engagements effectively.
• Perform in-depth and technical reviews of intricate federal, state, and multi-state tax returns, focusing on flow-through entities.
• Communicate promptly and effectively with our team regarding client-related issues, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
• Stay updated by researching tax law changes.
• Investigate complex tax matters, offer recommendations to the team, and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Aid in developing the technical skills of the team.
• Continue to build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to the client’s business office staff by providing exceptional services and timely responses.
• Over 5 years of experience with a medium-sized public accounting firm in preparing and reviewing flow-through income tax returns.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Skilled in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and research.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity in a professional setting.
• Proficient with CCH Axcess tax and CCH Pfx Engagement.
• Possession of EA or CPA certification.
