This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client discussions, delivering presentations on tax returns and strategies to clients.

• Accurately prepare tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Gather, organize, and enter financial information into tax software, maintaining precision and completeness.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients, fostering a seamless transition and establishing a strong initial rapport.

• Collaborate closely with our bookkeeping team to guarantee precise financial reporting and smooth tax preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in tax preparation, specifically with LLCs and S Corporations.

• Must possess client-facing experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active CPA License is required.

• Proficient experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite.
