This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Tax Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in executing tax-related deliverables within the Cost Segregation department.
• Assists in the preparation, review, and coordination of projects to ensure both accuracy and timely completion.
• Supports the team in delivering high-quality work while enhancing technical knowledge and improving process efficiency.
• Success is evaluated based on the timely and accurate completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Aids in project coordination, documentation, and technical tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness and quality of the team.
• Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic accounting knowledge, ideally within cost segregation or a similar field.
• Experience in reviewing financial or construction-related documentation.
• Fundamental understanding of depreciation concepts and tax documentation (including preparation of Form 3115).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
