This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Project Manager for a significant and intricate task order (or a collection of task orders impacting the same system), assisting the Program Manager in collaborating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, government management personnel, and representatives from customer agencies.
• Under the Program Manager's guidance, oversee the comprehensive management of specific task order(s) and guarantee the timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules outlined in the task order.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineering teams to survey buildings and communication closets, evaluate technical drawings, confirm cable plans, and coordinate details regarding cable and/or power infrastructures related to the installation of LAN equipment and hardware.
• Provide leadership, management, direction, administration, clerical support, documentation, and quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Supervise the planning and execution of tasks across multiple operational teams, including enterprise technology refresh, Tier 3 firewall support, Tier 3 LAN engineering, warehouse management, and operational technology (OT).
• Offer guidance and oversight to technical team leads.
• Establish and maintain communication channels and cadences within the contract team and with other stakeholders.
• Schedule and participate in weekly customer engagements.
• Ensure the quality of technical plans, diagrams, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the contract team to develop and maintain project schedules, providing schedule updates in a format acceptable to the customer.
• Review and authorize invoices, ensuring that only approved and billable expenses are incurred and invoiced correctly.
• Serve as the primary contact for interfacing with government management personnel, establishing/enforcing work standards, and communicating government policies, purposes, and goals to the team.
• Manage project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables align with government timelines.
• Communicate daily with the AGE Program Manager, team members, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain an integrated master project schedule.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including status reports, 8570/8140 compliance, staffing plans, CAC reports, design drawings/redlines, trip reports, travel requests, etc.
• Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides, ad hoc slides for management, and participate in required meetings.
• Offer human resources support, including personnel actions (staffing, disciplinary, etc.), mentorship, training, issue resolution, personnel scheduling, work discrepancy reviews, subcontractor evaluations, recognition of outstanding performance, and completing quarterly/annual evaluations.
• Assess, evaluate, and recommend operational improvements to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and/or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
• Review and approve technical solutions and provide staff recommendations for enhancements.
• Evaluate subcontracts, modifications, and other contractual documentation, offering assessments and recommendations to management.
• Lead recruitment activities, which include creating job requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and completing onboarding processes.
• Develop and update the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP).
• Provide AGE leadership with weekly and monthly updates regarding program performance.
• Create and submit management plans, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain a Communications Plan, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Proactively identify and address risks and issues, communicating these to AGE management and/or government management as necessary.
• BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of pertinent project management experience in the network management sector.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• Must possess an IT-II security clearance (DoD Secret) or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
