Talent Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the complete recruitment process: including job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, interviews, and onboarding; in collaboration with other stakeholders and members of the People Team.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role specifications and ideal candidate profiles.

• Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate pipelines updated and maintained.

• Assist in managing employer branding initiatives and enhancing candidate engagement.

• Ensure accurate talent data management and produce reports as required for leadership.

• Adhere to hiring policies, regulations, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

• Deliver an outstanding experience for candidates, employees, and business partners.

• Establish consistent communication routines with candidates and field partners.

• Guarantee a seamless and timely onboarding process for all new hires.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in an organization with a multi-state presence.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including pay transparency laws, anti-discrimination laws, ADA, and regulations related to background and drug screenings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems (experience with ADP is preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
