This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules.

• Configure, test, implement, and maintain the functionalities of Workday Talent, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities.

• Set up business processes, notifications, security implications, validations, and system functionalities in accordance with organizational needs.

• Continuously enhance Workday Talent functionalities to boost user experience, efficiency, reporting, and adoption rates.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for talent system configurations, business processes, and change history.

• Diagnose system issues and provide functional support for Workday Talent processes.

• Review Workday feature releases and assess their impact on Talent functionalities.

• Suggest the adoption of new Workday capabilities that can enhance business processes and user experience.

• Develop and implement testing strategies for Workday updates, enhancements, and new functionalities.

• Facilitate enterprise talent programs through Workday configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, and system design.

• Assist with annual and ongoing activities related to Performance, goal setting, development, talent reviews, and succession planning.

• Collaborate with HRIS on security, business process design, integrations, and system enhancements affecting Talent.

• Create reporting solutions that provide leaders and stakeholders with valuable workforce insights (such as talent reports and dashboards).

• Monitor data quality and proactively identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.

• Utilize AI capabilities within Workday and approved enterprise technologies to boost productivity, reporting, documentation, and user experience.

• Stay updated on emerging HR technology, AI capabilities, and Workday innovations to recommend future enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance Talent processes using Workday functionalities.

• Contribute to the long-term planning of the Workday Talent roadmap and system optimization.

• Uphold high standards of data integrity, governance, and operational excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, along with a minimum of four years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Talent modules, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent functionalities, beyond just end-user support.

• Experience in supporting Workday business process configuration and testing.

• Current Workday Talent Certification is highly desirable, though equivalent experience will be taken into account.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

• Additional experience with AI tools and AI agents is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
