Talent Program – AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI agent workflows and LLM-driven systems tailored for real-world business applications.

• Design and implement tools for agents, encompassing APIs, internal services, databases, knowledge repositories, and operational systems.

• Enhance agent performance, latency, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency through comprehensive testing, evaluation, and iteration.

• Construct prompt frameworks, orchestration logic, memory or retrieval patterns, and human handoff processes as necessary.

• Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate complex business challenges into effective AI solutions.

• Contribute to backend services, internal platforms, and streamlined interfaces to facilitate end-to-end delivery.

• Assist in defining reusable engineering patterns, guidelines, and evaluation strategies for production AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or relevant internships/projects.

• Strong programming skills in Java or Python; familiarity with TypeScript or backend development is an advantage.

• Solid software engineering judgment, including knowledge of APIs, debugging, system architecture, and data management.

• A keen interest in LLMs, AI agents, tools, retrieval methods, evaluation, and production AI systems.

• Ability to quickly learn new domains and thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and enhancing AI-generated code, or the capability to learn this skill rapidly.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to link technical work to business outcomes.
