📋 Description

• Enhance the Talent Experience: Take ownership of the entire candidate journey, including communications, the interview process, and the offer experience.

• Infrastructure Development: Configure ATS workflows, create sourcing frameworks, and set up data and reporting systems.

• Tools, Automation & AI: Identify, implement, and oversee tools that streamline the recruiting process.

• Outbound Recruiting Leadership: Spearhead extensive outbound sourcing efforts for AI engineers, software architects, and product managers.

• Compliance & Fairness: Create and uphold structured interview frameworks and hiring guidelines.

• Partner with Executives & Hiring Managers: Provide consultation on role and process design and facilitate structured interview practices.

• Global Talent Acquisition Ecosystem: Construct and coordinate the wider talent acquisition infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles such as AI engineering, software architecture, product management, and design.

• Proven experience in establishing or significantly enhancing a recruiting function, rather than merely executing tasks within one.

• Practical experience using AI tools, ATS automation, or recruiting technology to address real-world challenges.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments — adept at creating structure in ambiguous situations.

• Global recruiting experience with a solid understanding of the US market.

• Capability to collaborate with and influence senior executives who operate swiftly.

• Exceptional communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.

• A successful history of closing candidates — not just sourcing but also persuading the right individuals to accept offers.
