This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate candidate interviews across various time zones and groups of stakeholders.

• Oversee the scheduling of interviews, coordination of calendars, communication with candidates, and follow-up logistics.

• May assist in sourcing candidates for active positions at Shield and partner organizations using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.

• Support management of the candidate pipeline and their progression within the Pinpoint ATS.

• Aid in onboarding new hiring managers and leaders from partner companies into recruiting workflows and ATS procedures.

• Offer guidance and assistance to hiring teams regarding interview scheduling, scorecards, submission of candidate feedback, and best practices in recruiting.

• Keep precise records of candidates, interview documentation, and requisition information within the ATS.

• Help create job postings, launch requisitions, and coordinate the recruiting process.

• Assist with recruiting operations and hiring initiatives associated with newly integrated partner companies.

• Collaborate closely with recruiting leadership to identify areas for process enhancement and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to maintaining a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in supporting recruiting coordination, talent operations, recruiting administration, sourcing, or ATS management is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities with outstanding attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and rapidly growing environments.

• Experience with ATS platforms is advantageous – Pinpoint experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing platforms is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Slack, and calendar management tools.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating across teams.

• Highly responsive and reliable.

• Process-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Positive and solution-focused mindset.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and shifting priorities.

• Strong customer service skills and a focus on relationship building.

• Self-motivated with a readiness to assist wherever necessary.
