This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Assist in advancing client initiatives through onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, issue resolution, product adoption, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with account managers, product teams, engineering, support, and clients to ensure clear actions and priorities are established.
• Analyze client issues by collecting context and replicating problems.
• Leverage AI and internal tools to expedite investigation and documentation processes.
• Maintain transparent visibility on status, risks, and forthcoming actions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• High level of agency.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort with dealing in ambiguous situations.
• Technical aptitude.
• Good judgment skills.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Practical experience in using AI.

• Experience in client operations, product operations, implementation, delivery, support, customer success, or technical account management is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, CMS tools, or developer-facing products is a plus.
• Experience in working with sports, media, content, or live digital products is a plus.
