This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for designated hospitals and Clinical Programs, developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to discover diverse, high-caliber candidates.
• Guide candidates through a collaborative evaluation process and manage offer discussions and finalization with leadership teams.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Talent Team, hospital leadership, and VQ departments regarding shifting talent requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint strategic talent sources and recruit top-tier candidates.
• Design and execute scalable talent acquisition methodologies employing industry best practices, diverse networks, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Establish and maintain a creative, relationship-driven talent attraction strategy across various sourcing avenues and talent pools.
• Participate in veterinary, retail, hospitality, and other sector conferences to source and engage talent.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
• Drive enhancements in processes and technology to boost talent acquisition efficiency.
• Create and maintain KPIs and metrics to evaluate success throughout the region.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience is mandatory.
• Remote work (U.S.); preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Demonstrated ability to manage candidates using CRM or ATS systems.
• Enthusiasm for specialty talent acquisition along with innovative sourcing, attraction, and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of producing high-performance outcomes remotely.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support hiring across VEG, including hospital partnerships, recruiting events, conferences, and strategic talent initiatives.
• Experience in conducting phone, video, and face-to-face interviews, candidate evaluations, and formal assessments.
• Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, plus bonus and benefits.
