This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and uphold project plans, which encompass scheduling, milestone and budget monitoring, timelines, workflows, documentation, and status updates.
• Organize logistics for meetings, rehearsals, training sessions, significant program interactions, and employee events.
• Manage scheduling and maintain calendars for team initiatives and leadership.
• Create and oversee project briefs, charters, meeting notes, and action logs.
• Administer project roles, responsibilities, risks, challenges, deliverables, and commitments with partners while facilitating resolution with stakeholders.
• Conduct research and refine presentations, e-learning modules, and additional resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison to address issues and eliminate obstacles.
• Provide administrative assistance to the leader of Learning and Development as required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in program and calendar coordination and management, as well as logistics for virtual and in-person events.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and skilled in multitasking and planning.
• Capable of handling highly confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Experience in facilitating meetings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with surveys/metrics, creative software, or learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
