This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Define the Talent Engineering landscape in Ukraine by creating AI agents, workflows, and analytics that revolutionize high-caliber recruiting.
• Develop AI systems that empower our Talent Partners to excel.
• Success in this role is indicated by a reduction in Time-to-first-candidate from approximately 2 weeks to just 2-3 days.
• When a search is initiated, the first qualified candidate should be presented to the client within days rather than weeks.
• Talent Partners will conduct around 10 high-impact interviews per role, an increase from about 5, as you've alleviated manual sourcing tasks.
• Execute 3-4 sourcing hypotheses concurrently from the first week, eliminating the need for sequential testing.
• Ensure that Team Tailor serves as the definitive source of truth.
• You will prototype, benchmark, and deliver results weekly, documenting both successful and unsuccessful approaches.
• Anticipate shadowing live searches for the initial 2-3 weeks prior to implementing any modifications.
• Proven experience in building AI/automation solutions - please share tangible examples, not just a resume.
• Proficient in reading and writing APIs, as well as basic Python.
• This role is designed for builders, not solely for no-code enthusiasts.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level for understanding technical documentation, APIs, and AI tools.
• No client-facing communication will be necessary.
• Availability of 20-30 hours per week to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty - this is a new role, and we will collaborate to shape it.
• Preferred: previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or Recruitment Operations.
• Familiarity with Team Tailor, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• A presence in AI tooling through a blog, GitHub, or X.
• An open-budget culture that promotes genuine transparency regarding financials and decision-making.
• A commitment to both excellence and empathy.
