This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes from the initial intake to the acceptance of offers.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to grasp workforce planning requirements and project-specific hiring needs.
• Create strategic sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill engineering and technical roles.
• Establish talent pipelines in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Sustainability, Energy, and Building Systems fields.
• Conduct candidate evaluations to assess technical skills, project history, certifications, leadership attributes, and cultural compatibility.
• Execute market mapping and competitive intelligence assessments within engineering consulting sectors.
• Discover passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, industry associations, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Organize interviews and oversee communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on compensation trends, labor market dynamics, and candidate accessibility.
• Maintain the ATS and recruitment data while delivering analytics and reporting on recruitment efforts.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in engineering consulting, architecture, construction, infrastructure, environmental consulting, or technical professional services.
• Proven track record in recruiting engineering and technical talent from entry-level to executive positions.
• Knowledge of MEP engineering disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology Systems.
• Awareness of professional licensing and certifications such as PE, LEED AP, WELL AP, PMP, and other relevant credentials.
• Strong abilities in sourcing and talent mapping.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and contemporary recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple searches concurrently while ensuring a high-touch experience for candidates.
• Support initiatives for diversity hiring
• Engage in university recruitment efforts
• Participate in workforce development initiatives
• Enhance employer branding activities
