Safeguarding Practice Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Implement safeguarding practices through practical coaching and on-site support.

• Monitor practices, offer immediate feedback, and mentor both educators and leaders.

• Conduct safeguarding training and enhance team skills, confidence, and accountability.

• Recognize risks and opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance quality outcomes.

• Strengthen Busy Bees' safeguarding framework and One Platform methodology.

• Collaborate with Service Leaders, Area Directors, and Operations to ensure uniform safeguarding standards across transitioning services.

⛳️ Requirements

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).

• Extensive experience in early childhood, safeguarding, quality, compliance, training, or coaching roles.

• Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and influence educators and leaders.

• Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards in regulated settings.

• Proficient in identifying risks and implementing practical, solutions-oriented enhancements.

• Ability to work independently across various locations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities.
