📋 Description

• You will influence how Affirm presents itself to talent worldwide by delivering clear and consistent storytelling that aligns our mission with the individuals we aim to attract.

• Contribute to and refine our global talent branding strategy across social media, websites, and internal platforms, ensuring alignment with Talent Acquisition priorities.

• Develop clear and thoughtful content that brings our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life, helping candidates understand our work culture and its significance.

• Oversee and execute social media content from planning through to publication, leveraging insights to enhance reach and engagement.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Communications, and external partners to implement cohesive campaigns across various markets.

• Maintain and optimize the careers site and job board content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a positive candidate experience.

• Utilize data and experimentation to assess performance, share insights, and enhance results over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 4–6 years of experience in talent branding, marketing, or social media, with a proven history of contributing to significant projects.

• You are an articulate writer who can convert ideas into clear, relatable language across multiple formats.

• You manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring progress and involving the right stakeholders along the way.

• You excel at collaborating across teams, fostering strong partnerships, and communicating effectively to achieve shared objectives.

• You are curious and eager to develop, receptive to feedback, and continuously seek ways to enhance your work.

• You align your work with hiring goals and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and impact.

• You are comfortable using data to guide decisions and can convert insights into actionable steps and priorities.
