Talent Attraction Specialist, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and effective sourcing strategy to discover outstanding talent.

• Perform intricate internet research utilizing a variety of search engines, social media platforms, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.

• Proactively network and cultivate strong candidate pools across diverse positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client position requirements and organizational culture alignment.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Keep up with administrative duties, including data entry and reporting in the applicant tracking system.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.
