Talent and Learning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead and continuously enhance the onboarding process to strengthen organizational culture, expedite new employee integration, and ensure a uniform employee experience.

• Conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments across the organization and formulate an annual talent and learning strategy that aligns with business objectives and workforce capability requirements.

• Design, implement, and assess learning and development initiatives, which include leadership training, professional skills development, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Oversee mandatory training programs, track completion rates, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with leaders to guarantee adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

• Administer and improve employee recognition initiatives that embody organizational values and enhance engagement levels.

• Lead the EMS for All initiative to create opportunities in the emergency medicine sector for all individuals.

• Manage resources for professional development and oversee tuition reimbursement protocols, guidelines, and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with leaders, employees, and external vendors to provide effective, measurable, and scalable talent and learning solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or a comparable human resources function is required.

• Preferred experience in designing and facilitating training programs, managing onboarding processes, and administering learning management systems or training records.

• Preferred experience in supporting employee recognition and professional development initiatives.
