• Negotiate and secure lucrative deals with brands, agencies, and record labels to create successful campaigns for your roster of talent.

• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and brands to facilitate successful partnerships.

• Collaborate with our internal teams to devise targeted strategies that enhance influencer reach, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth.

• Operate independently within a fully remote, flexible environment, steering your own path to success.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or comparable sales roles.

• Have a solid understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

• Excel in building relationships and demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities.

• Be proactive, driven, and comfortable with autonomous work.

• Exhibit a blend of hustle and patience—capable of closing deals swiftly while fostering long-term relationships.

• Be highly organized, proficient in data management, and skilled in Google Sheets.
