This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process for roles within the corporate recruiting domain, including exempt level field-based positions, with minimal guidance to ensure a seamless experience for both the hiring team and candidates.
• Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to fully understand each role and set clear expectations for the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, agencies, and candidates, while managing candidate expectations and ensuring timely feedback is provided.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to expand the applicant pool and seek referrals from existing candidates.
• Proactively source candidates online as necessary, utilizing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Oversee the SuccessFactors ATS, managing requisitions, postings, and candidates.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to create job profiles and other marketing materials that support recruitment efforts as needed.
• Assist in metrics reporting to evaluate various aspects of the recruitment process.
• Manage the corporate recruiting internship program and support social media initiatives.
• Work alongside other Talent Acquisition team members on TA initiatives and present ideas in a persuasive manner to gain commitment from others.
• At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency settings, including a minimum of 1 year with an agency.
• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors ATS is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using the Internet for research purposes (Boolean search skills preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to establish effective relationships across the organization are required.
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize, manage a substantial workload, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
