This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish and uphold a detailed framework of top-tier recruitment practices encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Compare against industry benchmarks in talent acquisition within the financial services and technology sectors.
• Remain updated on new recruitment methodologies, assessment tools, and AI-enhanced sourcing and screening technologies.
• Perform continuous evaluations of recruitment processes, candidate experiences, hiring manager involvement, and TA team performance.
• Assess ATS usage, effectiveness of sourcing channels, interview quality, and consistency in hiring decisions.
• Identify challenges, inefficiencies, and gaps within the hiring process.
• Set and monitor TA KPIs: time-to-fill, quality of hire, effectiveness of sources, candidate experience, offer acceptance rates, and more.
• Provide transparent, data-informed evaluations of TA operations to leadership along with actionable suggestions.
• Foster measurable enhancements — success in this role is determined by the changes implemented, not just the reports generated.
• Over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, TA consulting, or leadership in recruitment functions.
• Prior experience in the financial services or technology sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven history of developing, enhancing, or auditing recruitment functions at scale.
• Advanced experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
• Preference for candidates with multi-location or international recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
