This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the complete recruiting cycle for technical and product positions — including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, niche communities, referrals) to discover passive candidates for challenging roles such as AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers in Engineering, Data, AI, and Product to outline role specifications, align candidate profiles, and create scalable hiring plans that support business growth.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for Stord, providing a considerate, transparent, and prompt experience for all candidates, irrespective of the outcome.
• Technical & Product Assessment: Attain sufficient knowledge in engineering, data, and product areas to effectively assess technical depth, product sense, and role compatibility — posing insightful, informed questions during initial conversations.
• Pipeline & Market Insight: Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill; relay market insights (compensation trends, competitor movements, talent availability) back to hiring teams.
• Process Improvement: Regularly enhance interview processes, scorecards, and workflows to decrease time-to-hire while maintaining a high standard for talent.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with People Ops, Compensation, and other Talent Acquisition partners to ensure consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring practices throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing significantly on technical and/or product hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting for positions such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, or Product Managers.
• Strong sourcing abilities, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques and outreach to passive candidates.
• Capability to effectively engage technical and product stakeholders, translating role requirements into efficient sourcing and screening strategies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, evidenced by a history of strong candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Experience in managing a high-volume, multi-requisition pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, etc.).
• A data-driven approach to recruiting, with a comfort level in tracking and reporting on pipeline metrics.
