• Manage the complete recruitment process for roles based in the UK and EU, from initial intake to final offer, ensuring that each new hire elevates our standards.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of team requirements and develop effective, targeted hiring strategies that attract the right candidates for specific roles.

• Identify and engage top talent using innovative, data-driven methods—exploring a variety of channels (from niche networks to focused outreach) to establish robust, long-term talent pipelines.

• Implement structured, high-quality recruitment processes—maintaining clear timelines, setting expectations, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates by ensuring transparent, responsive communication throughout the recruitment journey.

• Utilize data analytics to enhance hiring practices—monitoring and analyzing funnel metrics to pinpoint effective strategies, identify bottlenecks, and continually refine outcomes.

• Promote employer branding—showcasing Partly’s values, culture, and mission through authentic storytelling and community involvement.

• Represent Partly at local events and within talent communities, enhancing our brand presence and strengthening candidate connections.

• Work alongside the global Talent team to share insights, align systems, and improve our recruitment operations.

• Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive recruiting in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

• Proven capability to source, engage, and secure top talent across various functions.

• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Highly organized and data-focused, employing metrics to guide decisions and enhance performance.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and juggling competing priorities while maintaining quality and progress.

• Proficient with modern recruitment tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

• Strategic knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing—capable of presenting the business attractively to diverse audiences.

• Understanding of fair hiring and inclusion best practices; dedicated to equitable and compliant processes.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable, utilizing digital channels and networks to discover and connect with talent.

• Bonus: Experience in hiring for ANZ or Asia markets and contributing to local employer branding initiatives.
