This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee regional initiatives and strategic priorities that enhance Talent Acquisition Operations capabilities and promote ongoing improvement throughout the Americas.
• Supervise a regional team of TA Operations professionals, including Lead and Senior team members as well as coordinators, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Foster regional compliance with recruiting processes, enterprise standards, tools, and technologies.
• Track regional metrics, workload, capacity, service delivery, and data integrity to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics to enhance accountability and boost operational performance.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to enrich the experiences of candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Implement Lean methodologies and project management principles to drive process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Work alongside technology teams for the implementation, support, training, and adoption of recruiting tools and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws, enterprise standards, and local regulations throughout the Americas region.
• Assist in governance activities, including audits, controls, and regional compliance evaluations.
• Act as the regional point of contact for escalations and stakeholder requests pertaining to TA Operations.
• Contribute to global TA Operations projects and provide regional insights to facilitate enterprise-wide enhancements.
• Cultivate a culture of belonging, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• At least (12) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of (10) years specifically in Talent Acquisition Operations.
• A minimum of (5) years in People Leadership roles.
• Previous experience managing personnel and/or leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in leading cross-functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives.
• Proficiency in recruiting best practices, process improvement, project and change management, as well as recruiting technologies and systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to operate across multiple time zones within the Americas and participate in select global calls as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as necessary.
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
