This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Manage and arrange a large number of interviews, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
• Responsible for monitoring the completion of pre-employment tasks for candidates and assisting with the onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist with various projects related to recruitment, employer branding, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Address inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate subject matter expert when needed.
• Handle HR inquiries related to Talent Acquisition matters.
• Process contractor conversion offers in Workday as required.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience, including internships in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency: Native-level fluency in English and Canadian French (both written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, along with substantial experience using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar).
