Tactical Buyer, Strategic Buyer – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute procurement and category strategies for Real Estate while establishing global standards.

• Manage national and international tenders (RFPs/RFQs) effectively.

• Negotiate lease, service, and framework agreements independently with landlords and property managers.

• Identify and achieve cost savings by analyzing cost structures, benchmarks, and spending data.

• Build and enhance an international portfolio of service providers.

• Oversee contract and supplier management with KPI monitoring and performance evaluations.

• Drive optimization projects related to parking management, operating expenses, and facility services.

• Evaluate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

• Introduce innovative digital and AI-supported solutions.

• Collaborate closely with teams in Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline OR commercial vocational training complemented by additional qualifications and relevant experience in strategic or tactical procurement.

• Proven experience in strategic or tactical procurement.

• Strong negotiation capabilities and assertiveness.

• Effective communication style with a talent for complex negotiations.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to embrace modern procurement and AI tools.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous.

• A collaborative team player attitude.
