This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of account sourcing strategies focused on expense spending, hard savings, cost avoidance, and value-added delivery.

• Uphold JLL's sourcing and contracting standards.

• Oversee supplier relationships.

• Contribute to regional and account sourcing initiatives.

• Execute the annual sourcing plan for designated account projects.

• Implement sourcing strategies and regional initiatives.

• Aid in expense sourcing activities for the account.

• Negotiate with suppliers for products and services.

• Manage RfXs and related processes and evaluations.

• Conduct e-auctions and electronic RFPs using the Bravo (Jaggaer) system.

• Identify and mitigate business risks through effective sourcing strategies.

• Provide purchasing support to the operational and finance teams.

• Assist with JLL's regional sourcing programs.

• Oversee the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure adherence to contracting best practices and standards.

• Track supplier performance KPIs via JLL systems.

• Report and deliver savings for assigned projects.

• Manage additional purchasing projects as required by business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Buyer or Procurement/Sourcing Specialist.

• Proficient in English (mandatory) and either French, German, or another EU language.

• Familiarity with procurement, e-auctions, and sourcing contracted services.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent numerical and commercial insight.

• Outstanding organizational and administrative capabilities.

• Strong follow-through on actions with a sense of responsibility for task completion.

• Dedication to addressing customer requests and resolving issues.

• Superior interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in PC skills.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
