TA Operations Associate – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of small-scale initiatives while also participating in larger projects with moderate to high guidance from leadership.

• Address and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, managing system and process challenges that necessitate thorough investigation and troubleshooting.

• Assist in enhancing, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting technology stack with support from senior team members.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on specified tasks.

• Aid in Talent Acquisition onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives, and enablement for talent systems to ensure seamless transitions.

• Facilitate ongoing programmatic efforts by coordinating, reporting, and executing assigned responsibilities.

• Generate and reconcile reports from various data sources to deliver valuable insights for stakeholders.

• Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and enhance system accuracy.

• Familiarity with the recruiting lifecycle and its processes, focusing on how systems and reporting can enhance efficiency and quality.
