This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all elements of software and platform administration within a completely remote, distributed setting.
• Act as the main point of contact for all end-user support inquiries.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT Security and the Global Help Desk regarding employee access and software services.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and manage change effectively.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, facilitating both software and hardware provisioning.
• Maintain corporate software configurations in alignment with security policies.
• Manage licensing agreements for cloud-based software systems and client applications.
• Carry out regular audits to ensure compliance with user access protocols.
• Analyze software release notes for corporate updates and communications.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements to improve end-user experiences.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate IT systems support, administration, or similar roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with large enterprise IT workflows and approval processes.
• Experience in a global delivery model is essential.
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace (GWS) environments, Microsoft O365 systems, and Slack.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and other Salesforce products is advantageous.
• Exposure to systems integration within a large corporate setting is highly regarded.
