Systems Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, configuring, and deploying environments for Google Workspace, M365, and Slack Enterprise+, which includes Gmail, Drive, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Managing implementation and migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.

• Configuring and overseeing integrations between collaboration platforms and business tools, while automating workflows through REST API, PowerShell, or scripting.

• Providing third-tier support for all collaboration tools, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues swiftly to minimize user disruption.

• Partnering with IAM and security teams to implement and enhance security measures and compliance policies across all platforms.

• Creating technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs, while also delivering training, monitoring performance, suggesting improvements, and keeping abreast of SaaS trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in engineering, or hold a technical degree in a related field.

• Demonstrate expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise environments for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack integration.

• Show proficiency in the setup, management, and configuration of Google Workspace to ensure effective system administration and functionality.

• Exhibit knowledge of Slack functionalities, integrations, and enterprise grid administration.

• Leverage AI tools like Google Gemini to enhance task efficiency, create summaries, draft communications, and conduct effective data analysis.

• Have experience with email migration tools for transitions between cloud to on-premises or cloud to cloud, as well as familiarity with APIs.

• Demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills to clearly articulate technical concepts and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
