This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate and implement account strategies and technical sales initiatives.

• Create and design secure, scalable networking solutions that meet customer business needs.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

• Offer consultative expertise across various networking domains, including wired, wireless, security, and cloud-managed solutions.

• Assist in evaluations, solution validation, and competitive differentiation throughout the sales process.

• Prepare technical proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution documentation.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Facilitate customer and partner training, workshops, and technical briefings to enhance enablement.

• Work alongside product management and engineering to provide field insights and influence product direction.

• Assist with post-sales escalations as required to ensure customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in systems engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar technical positions.

• In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including switching, routing, wireless, and security.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and architectures.

• Experience in delivering presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to customers.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in intricate network environments.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and complex customer interactions effectively.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms.

• Background in high-density wireless design and optimization.

• Exposure to automation, scripting, or API-driven networking.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent).

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
